Photos

All photo processing happens locally on your device using WebAssembly technology. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers during gameplay. When you use AI personalization (optional, signed-in users only), a low-resolution preview may be sent to our AI service for analysis, then immediately discarded.

Account Information (Optional)

If you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication purposes only.

Game Data

Game progress and scores are stored locally on your device using IndexedDB. For leaderboard participation, only anonymous score numbers are transmitted — never photos or personal details.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and improve the Pictonico game experience
• To process payments (via Stripe, when you make a purchase)
• To maintain leaderboards (anonymous scores only)
• To debug crashes and technical issues (anonymous error logs only)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. We use these service providers:

• Clerk — Authentication services
• Convex — Database and backend infrastructure
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Vercel — Web hosting

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at privacy@pictonico.app. You can clear all locally stored data at any time via Settings → Clear All Data.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for session authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs.

6. Children's Privacy

Pictonico is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. The game requires no account for basic gameplay.
