1. Acceptance

By using Pictonico at pictonico.app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Use of Service

Pictonico provides a web-based mini-game platform. You may use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Upload photos of others without their consent
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
Circumvent any payment or access restrictions

3. Purchases

Game pack purchases are one-time payments with no subscriptions. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. Purchased game packs can be restored on new devices by signing into your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All game content, artwork, code, and branding are owned by Pictonico. You retain rights to your own photos. By using the service, you grant Pictonico a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the game experience.

5. Disclaimer

Pictonico is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. The AI personalization feature is for entertainment purposes only.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
